Who are our clients?
We cater mostly to the corporate traveler on extended assignments and corporate relocations in the greater Memphis area seeking fully-furnished apartments with top amenities and a place to call 'home' temporarily. We also work closely with displaced homeowners due to insurance claims, homeowners between homes, government personnel, vacationing families and those in Memphis for medical care.
Why is Executive Lodging a better value vs. staying in a hotel?
Our furnished apartments are twice the size of rooms at any Memphis suite hotel, and our luxurious apartments are located throughout premier Memphis neighborhoods near business districts, or away from the hustle and bustle of business, if desired. Each apartment consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen and separate bedroom and bath. Our units include a fully equipped kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. The properties we offer are in residential settings surrounded with beautiful landscaping and parking right outside your front door. There is no hotel tax and stays of 90 days or longer are tax exempt all together.
What is included?
The rate will include; the apartment, furniture, furnishings, utilities, local phone,
high speed internet, and basic cable. Other amenities are also available at nominal costs; such as, long distance access, maid service, and premium cable channels.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment must be made in advance upon arrival. Direct billing is allowed if pre-approved. No cash is accepted.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
We have a 7 day minimum. And require a 7 day notice to vacate. There is no lease or contract. We remain flexible to meet your needs.
How do I make a reservation?
We have a simple, one page Registration Form that must be completed. We can fax,
e-mail or mail it to you. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of said form. Keys will be picked up at the leasing office the day of arrival or we can Fed Ex them to you prior to your arriving.
